Account AdministrationAssist with ongoing KYC updates and suitability reviews.Ensure documentation and processes comply with regulatory standards.Facilitate onboarding of new clients, including documentation, KYC, and compliance processes.Maintain accurate client data and ensure CRM systems are up to date.Process account changes, transfers, cash movements, and trade instructions efficiently.Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve client issues.Client Servicing & Relationship ManagementServe as a point of contact for client requests.Prepare meeting materials, investment reports, and correspondence.Support client meetings through coordination, note-taking, and follow-up.Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely, proactive communication.Portfolio & Investment SupportSupport portfolio rebalancing, client reporting, and performance review activities.Prepare trade tickets, investment propos...
