About Greenway Grameen
Greenway Grameen () is India's largest improved cookstove company and an Ashden Award-winning social enterprise. Our clean cooking products — Jumbo, Ember, Smart, and Yula — reach rural and peri-urban households across India and Sub-Saharan Africa through a network of field sales, institutional channels, and carbon credit projects. Beyond clean cooking, we offer a range of efficient appliances and DRE services. Our manufacturing unit in Vadodara has a monthly production capacity of up to 70,000 units.
Founded by graduates of IIM-Ahmedabad, FMS, and DTU in 2010, Greenway has distributed its products to 3.5 million households in 10+ markets. Partnerships with philanthropies, financiers, grassroots organizations, carbon buyers, and other institutional/B2 B partners have been crucial to achieving this scale.
