Team Overview

Norton Rose Fulbright is currently seeking a mid‑level lawyer to join its Canadian Financial Services and Regulation team. Members of our Financial Services and Regulation team advise financial institutions—including insurers, banks, trust companies, and other regulated and unregulated financial service providers and intermediaries—on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters. The team counsels financial service providers on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and distribution requirements, regulatory investigations, referral arrangements, and other corporate matters.
