Job Summary

The Associate forms a vital part of the Introba management team and is responsible for managing their respective project design team. They are fully responsible and accountable for their design team staff, regularly review staffing, and distribute tasks effectively and consistently with staff skill sets. By providing technical support and management resources, the Associate ensures that design decision-making and team management accountability occur in a timely, quality-driven manner. They represent Introba at meetings with project clients and other stakeholders and train staff through all phases of the design process to maintain operational continuity.
