Job Description

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Associate Manager, Medical Services LATAM provides a premium medical information service to support internal and external customers, whilst contributing towards the successful commercialization of PTC products. The Associate Manager, Medical Services LATAM works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on medical services related issues. The Associate Manager, Medical Services LATAM supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.

Essential Functions

• Provides operational oversight of the medical information inquiry handling service within Medical Services.
• Provides second-line expertise for inquiries escalated from the medical information call center.
