POSITION OVERVIEW
Associate Manager, L&D Operations – a hybrid role based out of the Toronto office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support training needs by assisting with the implementation of learning tools and programs with partners and global affiliates, focusing on customer‑facing functions.
- Project and task management of all consumer‑facing educational initiatives to deliver high‑impact learning programs for retail and partnerships.
