Associate Manager, Insights Integration

In this 18-month contract, as an Associate Manager, Insight Integration, you will play a critical leadership role in advancing and operationalizing Canadian Tire's Customer-Centric Growth (CCG) strategy. Reporting to the Manager, Insight Integration, you will be accountable for both hands‑on insight development and day‑to‑day leadership of the Insight Consultant, ensuring the timely, high‑quality delivery of guardrail documents and insight outputs that inform category, banner, and enterprise priorities.

This role blends people leadership, strategic thinking, and data fluency. You will be responsible for translating customer, market, and internal performance data into clear insights and strategic direction that influences decision‑making across the organization.
