Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the execution of transactions for our clients, with responsibilities increasing over time
• Preparing client presentations including compiling/analyzing data and conducting research
• Preparing financial models and valuation analysis
• Assisting in drafting confidential information memorandums and other deal related marketing materials
• Researching and communicating with potential acquirers
• Coordinating transaction due diligence

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in professional services with a financial analysis focus (e.g. audit, accounting, M&A advisory). Prior M&A advisory experience is not a requirement, but definitely an asset.
• Undergraduate business degree required. Major in Finance or Accounting preferred, with strong record of academic achievement.
