Assume carriage of plaintiff personal injury files from inception through settlement or trial Conduct discoveries, mediations, motions, pre-trials, and court appearances Prepare pleadings, motion records, mediation briefs, and legal correspondence Develop litigation strategy and provide thoughtful legal advice to clients Collaborate closely with senior counsel, experts, and support staff on complex matters Maintain strong client relationships th...
