Associate Lawyer - Banking & Financial Services
Job Description
We are looking for a mid to senior level Banking & Financial Services Associate to join our dynamic Financial Services team in Calgary.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 3-7 years of post-call experience in private practice focused on banking and financial services at a national, regional, or reputable boutique firm
- Expertise in syndicated lending, syndicated debt financing, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, and securitization
- Strong analytical and drafting skills
- Above average academic credentials
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams
- Must be qualified to practice law in Canada
