Job Description

Located in Montreal, the Mattel Building Sets Campus focuses on developing products for a global audience. The Brand Design team creates visual communication strategies that support products across multiple touchpoints. This role is part of the Playbook Design function and works closely with packaging managers and cross‑functional partners to design and produce high‑quality playbook experiences.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop instruction booklets that clearly communicate build steps, play patterns, and product intent.
• Collaborate with product design, marketing, brand design, and other partners to support the overall consumer play experience.
• Translate technical and product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging instructions.
