As part of this, you’ll play a key role keeping workflows running smoothly, ensuring cases are accurately routed, and flagging anything that could slow us down. You’ll sit at the centre of daily operations, connecting teams, resolving issues, and helping us continuously improve how we use the platform. What You’ll Own

• Manage and monitor all Appian queues to ensure work is flowing accurately and efficiently throughout the day
• Lead email categorisation quality—identify gaps, fix misrouting issues, and improve workflows to reduce friction
• Run daily and periodic checks to keep cases up to date, properly allocated, and moving within SLA timelines
