Job Description
The FSG Finance Associate supports the payroll department’s day-to-day functions which include end-to-end payroll process, including calculating fixed/variable payments, overtime, and off-cycle payments, ensuring compliance with complex local labor laws (CLT) and tax regulations.
What You Will Do:
Payroll Data Collection and Validation, such as overtime, night-shift, new hires, terminations and vacations. Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including hiring documentation, salary changes, personal information, and bank details. Reconcile payroll data with HR records and finance systems before bank transfers. Monitor leave, sick pay, maternity/paternity leave, and vacation accruals, ensuring accurate deductions and salary adjustments. Ensure accurate calculation of mandatory deductions, including:Social, security contributions,Withholding income tax, Severance Indemnity Fund (% employer contribution).
