Our client is a prominent Family Law Firm based in Toronto, they are currently expanding and seeking a highly qualified associate family lawyer to join the team. With their busy workload and growing client base, they require a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Law.
What you will need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters.
- Ability to manage your own files while providing guidance and support to junior lawyers on strategy and legal issues.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, as well as property and equalization of net family property.
