Job Title: Associate – Family Law and Civil Litigation
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
What you will be doing:
- Drafting pleadings in family law matters
- Speaking to chamber applications
- Negotiating at mediations
What you must have:
- 3 to 6 year call
- Well rounded and self motivated
- Sound judgment and solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in family law required
- Ability to conduct family law files from beginning to end
- Opportunity to grow a practice and apply to become a shareholder in due course
- Breadth of experience across family law and litigation practice areas
- Existing client base is an asset but not required
Salary/Rate Range: $143,000.00 – $182,000.00
