Join Global Talent Acquisition as Associate Director, TA Enablement, and drive our efforts to translate Novo Nordisk’s strategic ambition into targeted talent acquisition initiatives.
Your new role
As Associate Director, TA Enablement, you will partner closely with the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, and the members of the GTA leadership team to shape the strategic direction of the area. You will be a member of the GTA leadership team, reporting to the VP. You will lead a team of four senior functional experts who will work with you to ensure that GTA’s strategic objectives are tightly connected to measurable business outcomes.
