Associate Director, Product Control

Job Description

The Associate Director, Product Control role involves managing and leading a team of analysts to ensure that daily financial reporting is accurate and signed-off by the Front Office. The employee will act as the main liaison with Global Middle Office, Head Office Finance, Information Technology, Trading, Sales, Operations, Processing, Valuations and other operating units with issues related to the Derivatives group. The Associate Director must ensure that all daily and monthly accounting and reconciliations and attestations are performed and are accurate and complete; and provide responses to requests from the Front Office, Risk, Valuations and Financial Control. The Associate Director will also make assessments as to impact on existing processes and to streamline activities whenever possible; as well as actively participating and leading the team in taking on the broader initiatives sponsored by the bank.
