Job Description
The Opportunity
Campfire Circle seeks a mission‑driven relationship manager to serve as Associate Director, Philanthropy. This role focuses on donor engagement and fundraising for children with special needs and exceptionalities.
The Associate Director will build on strong major‑giving results, deepen donor relationships, secure five‑ and six‑figure gifts, and lead the Professional Advisors Committee. The role also supports planned giving, mentors the Legacy Giving Officer, and collaborates with advisors to expand the organization’s network.
Reporting to the Director, Philanthropy, this position is hybrid—working from the Toronto office 2–3 times per week, with occasional evenings and weekends. The incumbent must be a non‑smoker.
