The Core Responsibilities!
Own end-to-end performance media strategy and delivery for EQ Bank that aligns to growth, acquisition, and efficiency targets.Accountable for overall marketing budget management including planning, pacing, tracking, accruals, and all finance submissions.Act as the senior decision maker on in year investment tradeoffs, reallocations, and optimization decisions. Supports scenario planning with senior stakeholders as required if there’s a need to consider an increase or decrease in spending throughout the year.Lead and govern a hybrid agency and vendor model, setting scopes, performance expectations, and accountability.Serve as the primary marketing lead and point of contact for Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and advanced measurement.Partner closely with Analytics to translate Mixed Media Model and performance insights into actionable media and investment decisions. <...
