Associate Director, Paid Media (Remote Canada)

Overview

Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Goal Setting: Associate Directors set the goals for every client engagement in their pod.
2. Best Practices: Ensure that each client follows best practices across all channels and mediums, including:
   • LTV:CAC modeling
   • Customer Generation
   • Share of SERP
   • Functional Content
3. Breakdown Barriers: Identify moments of approval and support strategists in earning a yes. Ensure roadblocks are addressed in 1x1 conversations and develop action plans to remove obstacles.
4. Accountability: Build structure, create cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear and concise communication and expectation setting.
