Associate Director - Marketing Grouper (Immunology And Neuroscience)

As part of this vision, we are seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to lead the Immunology and Neuroscience marketing teams, driving strategic brand excellence and commercial performance across both business units. This leader will oversee Brand Managers and Marketing Sr Associates, provide strategic direction and coaching, and serve as a key partner to the BU Head of Immunology & Neuroscience. Additionally, this person will manage a BD partnership by being the point of contact between Lilly and the partner. The role requires a strong ability to operate across therapeutic areas simultaneously, sharp coaching skills, focus and energy to balance portfolio priorities while maintaining a laser-focused eye on patient impact and business results.

• Define and execute brand strategies for the Immunology and Neuroscience portfolios in Brazil, leading annual planning (ABP), Opex management, and performance tracking.
