Join the Miles Nadal JCC in Toronto as the Associate Director for Membership & Community Experience. This in-person, full-time role champions member engagement and operational success.
Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will manage the Membership and Community Experience teams while striving for high standards in customer service. Your responsibilities will include creating strategies for member acquisition, fostering teamwork, and ensuring the financial health of the MNjcc's fitness center.
