Associate Director, Delivery Operations
As the owner of delivery efficiency and profitability in Brazil, you will sit at the intersection of Delivery, Finance, and Resourcing.
Core Responsibilities
- Delivery Excellence & Margin Ownership
- Own the end‑to‑end efficiency of delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and at target margins
- Actively validate scopes before and during execution, ensuring alignment between pricing, effort, and complexity
- Monitor burn vs. plan on a weekly basis, identifying risks early and driving corrective actions
- Partner with Finance and Account teams to ensure healthy unit economics across all engagements
- Resourcing & Staffing Strategy
- Lead strategic staffing decisions, balancing quality, cost, and utilization
- Optimize resource allocation across hubs and local teams, prioritizing margin and scalability
