The Associate Director, Career Advising and Design role strategically leads the Career Advising team within CCD, guiding the design of high‑impact, innovative, and inclusive programming that facilitates student and new graduate career exploration, decision‑making, job search, and employment preparation. Reporting to the Director of CCD, the role builds partnerships across the School’s undergraduate, Masters, and MBA programs and interacts with the broader university community.
