Summary & Purpose Of The Position
The role is responsible for leading the Commercial business processes associated with Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Business Reporting, Market Analytics and Launch Excellence. The vision for this role is to build and lead an organizational center of excellence that focuses on driving innovation and enhancing the speed and quality of corporate decision‑making through the generation of patient, customer, and market insights.
Additionally, the Business Analytics & Strategic Planning role will serve as Chief of Staff for the Ipsen Canada Leadership Team (ICLT), managing meeting agendas and logistics, capturing actions, monitoring progress, and facilitating the annual ICLT strategic planning activities. The role will also lead ad hoc corporate projects deemed strategically critical to the business.
