What you will do

In this vital role you will play a key position in enhancing customer satisfaction, strengthening loyalty, and elevating the overall quality of service interactions. You will support customer‑facing and internal operational activities using knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes and digital tools. The associate ensures day‑to‑day service excellence by processing orders, billing activities, and claims within established workflows and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
