Summary

The Strategy Associate Consultant is responsible for accurate analysis of healthcare data utilized in the development of strategic plans – including collecting, evaluating, and preparing market, operational, quality and financial data. The Ovation strategy team develops strategic plans, medical staff development plans, Community Health Needs Assessments, on behalf of clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proficient use of healthcare data and analytical tools to develop logical approaches and conclusions to analysis.
• Prepares deliverables aligned to project goals and objectives, utilizes team resources to meet agreed upon project completion, and ensures high‑performance service to clients.
• Applies specialized knowledge and skills to address client issues and shares knowledge with others.
• Participates in key strategic interviews with clients and summarizes findings effectively.
