The Toronto office seeks an associate to support a high‑profile, dynamic Commercial Real Estate group that manages multi‑million‑dollar transactions, complex acquisitions, disposals, leasing, mixed‑use development and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support drafting and negotiation of transactional documents, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and construction agreements.
• Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring and post‑transaction monitoring for mixed‑use development and infrastructure projects.
• Advise clients on complex real‑estate matters across public and private sectors.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients and junior lawyers, providing mentoring and training support.

Qualifications

• Law degree and admission to practice in Canada.
