End‑to‑end marketing execution for the CASA Exports cluster, acting as interface with distributors across priority markets. The position ensures disciplined portfolio execution, distributor performance management, and delivery of OBPPC insights, enabling margin improvement, portfolio simplification, and scalable growth across export markets.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
ead Exports portfolio execution and de‑complexity: Ensures focus on core, margin‑accretive SKUs, disciplined delists, substitutions, and reduced operational complexity. Outcome: Improved gross margin, fewer low‑value SKUs, and more efficient distributor execution.
