Position Overview

As an Associate, you will join one of BDC Capital’s investment teams as an early‑career specialist in investment finance. Your work contributes directly to the growth and success of small and medium‑sized businesses across Canada. In this role you will lead defined components of investment evaluation, portfolio management, and exit planning, while contributing rigorous financial and market analysis to active transactions.
