Responsibilities

• Partner with the Investment Advisor to facilitate meetings and events, helping decide agenda, preparing documentation, and attending client meetings when required.
• Provide proactive client service by resolving problems and, when necessary, coordinating with various departments.
• Effectively respond to client account inquiries and own follow‑ups.
• Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation exercises, and client service plans.
• Identify opportunities for asset consolidation and referrals within the existing client base.
