Assistant Vice President - Auto Claims

The opportunity
We are currently looking for an Assistant Vice President for our Auto Claims team reporting to the VP of Claims. This role is a key contributor in the Claims organization, building networks and relationships across multiple lines of business and across enterprise-wide initiatives.
You will ensure that our customers receive the best experience in their time of need, driving improvements to the customer journey, claims handling processes, and financial outcomes for our business. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the day‑to‑day management of Auto Claims across Ontario and Quebec, with accountability for operational performance, risk management, governance, and service delivery to Aviva Canada’s customers and broker partners.
