Summary
The Assistant Superintendent serves as a key member of the Superintendent’s executive leadership team and assists in the leadership, coordination, and oversight of district safety operations that includes student services, communications, strategic initiatives, and organizational effectiveness.
The Assistant Superintendent supervises and supports district directors and departments to ensure alignment, accountability, communication, and effective implementation of district priorities, Board of Education goals, and the district strategic plan. The position supports a collaborative culture focused on student achievement, operational excellence, safety, innovation, and community engagement.
