This position requires the successful candidate to have a valid driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle. The successful candidate must provide proof that they have a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance upon being hired.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure 100% donor and customer service satisfaction.
- Models the Customer Care Cycle (I Care) consistently in all interactions and mentors their team in the practice.
- Assist in the scheduling of employees while maintaining budgeted wage to sales ratios.
