Peoples Jewellers is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining a customer‑centric environment and developing store staff. Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit, select, and onboard new team members. Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned. Qualifications
At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and proficiency with basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret instr...
