Manage day‑to‑day retail operations and ensure the salon runs efficiently.
Analyze, maintain and improve our systems and processes.
Oversee and book guest appointments with a friendly, high‑energy approach.
Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
Keep the salon sparkling clean, well‑stocked and merchandised according to Chatters’ standards.
