Assistant Retail Manager (Assistant Store Leader)
We are hiring immediately for an assistant retail manager, referred to as an assistant store leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of sales advisors to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Motivate and inspire the team to help customers find the perfect product or service.
- Cultivate an inclusive learning culture while maintaining a fun environment.
- Oversee store KPIs—including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, and health & safety.
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement for the store.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
