Realstar, a leader in property management with over 22,000 apartments across Canada, is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team. You'll be responsible for cleaning common areas, performing minor repairs, and offering outstanding customer service. Working four weekdays with every other weekend and occasional evening shifts, you will assist in leasing and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean property common areas including hallways and stairwells
• Perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting
• Prepare vacant apartments for incoming residents
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
• Respond to on-call requests and assist in leasing suites
