The Role
You’ll assist with the measurement, pricing, and valuation of works using NHF Schedule of Rates, ensuring client contract compliance and strong commercial performance across social housing maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure completed repairs and maintenance works.
- Apply the correct NHF SOR codes to maximise revenue and ensure compliance.
- Support interim and final monthly valuations for client approval.
- Process variations and additional works in line with contract requirements.
- Assist with managing subcontractors.
- Review payment applications against site progress and NHF SOR rates.
- Track productivity, labour costs, and material usage.
