About the Position:

Woodcliffe Landmark Properties is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support costing, contracting, permitting, and supervision of construction under the direction of the VP of Development. This role spans a wide variety of building typologies, including Luxury Condominium, Purpose‑Built Rental, and Commercial Fit‑Out. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience supporting comparable projects through the development life cycle, from concept design through to occupancy, and experience assisting with construction contracts, coordinating mechanical, civil, structural engineers, building design coordination, interior design, supporting trade relations, and site management.
