Faculty of Educational Sciences invites applications for the position of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Education Leadership .

Shifts in Finnish society, including growing diversification and inequality, require management studies to embrace new perspectives and approaches to management development. The appointee will research and develop educational management and management education, with a broad familiarity with educational management, including pedagogical management, educational and learning management in various organisations, or the management of educational and school communities. Teaching responsibilities will span the degree programmes coordinated by the Faculty of Educational Sciences, with a particular emphasis on a master’s programme currently in development in educational and learning management.
