Job Description
You will be responsible for:
Identify and explore modernization opportunities.Develop good relationship with key decision makers and influencers including Owner, Architect, Consultant and Property Management Company.Formulate individual sales plans, manage sales funnel, participate in pricing negotiation & offering to drive profitability.Prepare the modernization proposal / tender with solutions catering customer’s need and close the deal with the customer.Gather relevant information from the market in formulating sales strategy.Ensure customer satisfaction by coordination with project team to enable that we deliver to our promise.Lead & coach junior team members for the results and report to Senior Manager, Sales.We expect you to have:
