Overview
As an Assistant Manager of OTC Derivatives Services you will be managing the day-to-day CFD activities, including the management/verification of trades process, CFD trade and reconciliation. The position requires good experience and background in operations including familiarity with OTC product. Team-focused and dynamic. This person is proactive and adds value by working on multiple tasks with minimal supervision while paying attention to detail. Our mission is to perform day-to-day operations in offering transparency and high level of control to our clients regarding OTC products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and timely signoff – trade booking, matching and valuation
- Ensure all queries are managed effectively and escalations are sent to the Manager in a timely manner
- Signoff on End-of-Day control and checks
- Liaise with other department units to ensure a high-quality service
