Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance of funds dealing procedures with fund documentation (including Prospectus/Offering Documents, Servicing Agreements and Operating Memorandums)
- Prepare & check internal and external reports to management, clients (Fund Manager, Distributor) and investors/distributors (e.g. client reporting, KPI reporting, etc)
- Follow up outstanding documents for KYC & subscription payments on the Fund’s account
