**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Respond to brokerage channel hotline and email enquiries in relation to new business & underwriting, policy services, claims and life insurance product features in good quality standards and within pre-defined service turnaround time.
+ Handle daily incoming documents from broker including new business application, payment reconciliation, after sales policy services to internal for processing/outgoing documents.
+ Identify common incomplete items for application submissions and share best practices with team members in minimizing pending cases.
