Responsibilities:
Manage multiple Continuous Improvement (CI) projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable ROI and operational excellence Lead and facilitate Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die), and Poka-Yoke specifically for stamping and painting processes.Analyze production workflows to reduce waste, improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and shorten lead times.Monitor and report on KPIs such as cycle time, scrap rates, and productivity metrics to senior management.Conduct Lean workshops and train staff at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Work closely with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments ...
