We are seeking an experienced manager to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain the high standards of The Canadian Brewhouse.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of business management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry experience is an asset
• Proven strategic problem‑solving skills
• In‑depth knowledge of financial tools – P&L, COGS, inventory, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Personal organization and time‑management skills

• Oversee all departmental managers and hourly employees; serve as mentor, coach, and leader
