Assistant General Manager
Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:- Supervise and direct staff during service to ensure optimal workflow and an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
- Handle cash register opening/closing, sales reconciliation, and daily reports.
- Lead customer recovery efforts and immediate problem resolution on the floor.
- Support scheduling and staff disciplinary management.
**Minimum Requirements**:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supervision or leadership roles within the food and beverage sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of cost management, inventory, and Point of Sale (POS) software.
