Job Description
Position: ASST GENERAL MANAGER – EDP Department: EDP Reporting To: Head Finance Location: Panampilly Nagar
ROLE SUMMARY
The Assistant General Manager – EDP will be responsible for managing end to end IT infrastructure (Hardware, Software, Networking, ERP Applications, IT Security) across all company locations. To ensure business continuity, availability, security, compliance, timely IT service delivery and provide a stable environment for all stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. IT Strategy & Governance:
§ Develop and implement IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
§ Implement and enforce IT policies approved by Board and security standards.
2. ERP & Business Systems:
§ Oversee SAP / ERP level 2 support and coordinate with SAP Partners to ensure timely delivery and issue closures.
