Why this role is important? Assist the Front Store Manager (FSM) in managing the human, physical and financial resources of the store and ensuring that store objectives are achieved, with a focus on improving product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.

Help manage labour scheduling with the FSM and leverage Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize productivity.
